Terms of Service
- While we would love to buy you a whole new wardrobe, we really do have to limit claims on damaged items to $500.
- We plan on never losing them, but if your clothes do go missing, please let us know within 10 days of the pickup date.
- Our storage rack isn’t limitless. We’ll remind you first, but any items left beyond 90 days will have to find a new home if you don’t claim them.
- Don’t worry, you will not see yourself on the 6 o’clock news. We will never, ever sell or give away your personal information.
- Rest easy, all your transactions with us are handled 100% in-house and are completely secure. We will only use your credit card for processing payments.
- Our service is perfect, but clothing materials aren’t always. As with all dry-cleaning methods, slight variations in fabric texture and “hand” can occur depending on materials and manufacturing of individual garments which are beyond our control.
