Terms of Service

  1. While we would love to buy you a whole new wardrobe, we really do have to limit claims on damaged items to $500.
  2. We plan on never losing them, but if your clothes do go missing, please let us know within 10 days of the pickup date.
  3. Our storage rack isn’t limitless. We’ll remind you first, but any items left beyond 90 days will have to find a new home if you don’t claim them.
  4. Don’t worry, you will not see yourself on the 6 o’clock news. We will never, ever sell or give away your personal information.
  5. Rest easy, all your transactions with us are handled 100% in-house and are completely secure. We will only use your credit card for processing payments.
  6. Our service is perfect, but clothing materials aren’t always. As with all dry-cleaning methods, slight variations in fabric texture and “hand” can occur depending on materials and manufacturing of individual garments which are beyond our control.
